Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced landscape drafts person proficient in Vector works Landmark to join our design and construction team in Sydney. You will be responsible for creating detailed landscape plans and 3D renders based on sketches, photos, and instructions from our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape design principles and be familiar with Australian plants and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

    Use Vector works Landmark to create accurate and visually appealing landscape plans.
    Develop detailed 3D renders to bring landscape concepts to life.
    Collaborate closely with the design and construction team to turn sketches, photos, and verbal instructions into detailed plans.
    Incorporate Australian plants, landscape features, and materials into designs, with guidance from our team.
    Produce construction documents and drawings as required for project execution (training and guidance will be provided).

Requirements:

    Proficiency in Vector works Landmark software.
    Experience with 3D rendering and ability to produce high-quality visualizations.
    Knowledge of landscape design principles and the ability to apply them to various projects.
    Familiarity with Australian plants, landscape design, and materials (our team will provide guidance as needed).
    Ability to create detailed construction documents under the direction of our design team.
    Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude, comfortable working remotely under guidance from Sydney.

Duration & Opportunity:

    Initial contract for 6-12 months, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
