Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented seamstress or dressmaker to bring our unique dress designs to life. As a fashion designer, I will provide all the necessary designs and specifications. Your role will include collaborating on initial fittings, refining patterns, and producing high-quality dresses that align with the vision of the designs.
Responsibilities:

    Interpret and work from provided design sketches and technical patterns.
    Execute the entire garment production process from start to finish, including cutting, sewing, and final adjustments.
    Conduct initial fittings and provide expert input on adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
    Maintain high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail in stitching, finishing, and overall presentation.
    Source or recommend materials if needed for optimal garment creation.
    Manage timelines effectively to meet deadlines for dress production.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or dressmaker, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
    Expertise in handling various fabrics and materials.
    Proficiency in sewing techniques, pattern cutting, and garment construction.
    Ability to work from detailed designs and adapt patterns as needed.
    Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless results.
    Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the designer and team.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in high-end or custom dressmaking.
    Familiarity with fashion trends and the ability to provide creative input when needed.
    Knowledge of operating advanced sewing equipment and tools.
