Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, prices, and inventory levels.
Set up and manage collections, tags, and categories for easy navigation.
Configure and optimize store settings, including payment gateways, shipping options, and tax settings.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with suppliers and the Sellvia platform to ensure timely product sourcing and inventory updates.
Monitor stock levels and manage restocking to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems.
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for high customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage customer reviews and feedback, using insights to improve the store experience.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including email campaigns, social media marketing, and SEO.
