Just Souls is focused on building a genuine community on Instagram. We have a content strategy in place and are creating posts regularly. We are seeking an Instagram Growth Specialist to help us pivot from our current strategy to achieve specific growth goals.
Responsibilities:

    Grow Our Following: Develop and execute strategies to gain at least 300+ followers a month.
    Targeted Reach: Ensure our posts are reaching the right audience.
    Engagement Building: Foster meaningful relationships with our followers through engagement and interactions.
    Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand message.
    Increase Engagement: Boost overall engagement metrics including likes, comments, shares, and saves.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in growing Instagram accounts, preferably with similar brand values.
    Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices.
    Experience in influencer marketing and building relationships with influencers.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Creative and strategic thinker who can pivot strategies based on performance data.
