Key Responsibilities:

    Web Application Development:
        Build and enhance scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
        Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement intuitive user interfaces.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        Partner with teams to define and deploy new features.
        Work directly with US clients, requiring proficient English communication skills.

    Database Migration Planning:
        Plan and prepare for a migration to an SQL database in 2025, ensuring a smooth transition.

    Performance Optimization:
        Ensure applications adhere to industry best practices, with a focus on performance and scalability.

    Innovation:
        Stay informed on emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Contract Details:

    Work Model: Fully remote (must be based in Costa Rica or LATAM).
    Time Commitment: Full-time (160 hours/month).
    Location: 100% remote but requires candidates within LATAM.

Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:
        Expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
        Experience with scalable web applications and API development.
        Knowledge of SQL databases and migration planning.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
        Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
        Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.

    Experience:
        3+ years in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of projects.
