Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled developer to create an interactive web interface that showcases 3D digital twin samples of our low to medium voltage electrical wire and cable products. These digital twins will demonstrate the products' technical features and allow users to interact with the cables by performing tasks such as stripping the insulation, verifying bend radius, and viewing detailed specifications.

The final interface must be seamlessly integrated into our WordPress website (or a React framework), offering a smooth user experience on both desktop and mobile.
Scope:

    Digital Twins Creation:
        Develop highly accurate 3D digital twins for 5-10 electrical wire and cable products.
        Display various options like gauge or size variations for each product.

    Interactive Simulations:
        Include interactive stripping of the insulation, shielding, and layers down to the conductors (copper/aluminum).
        Integrate a feature to view jacket printing and strip it as needed.
        Enable users to verify bend radius by interacting with the cable, possibly showing real-time adjustments to bending.
        Provide a simulation of electrical performance characteristics (e.g., by varying outside temperature).
        Show a digital scale for size measurement of different cable elements (OD, shielding thickness, etc.).
        Allow for reel or spool size viewing, providing a clear sense of product scale.

    Platform Integration:
        Seamless integration into our existing WordPress website (or React, if needed).
        Ensure a fast, mobile-friendly experience on all devices.

Requirements:

    Expertise in 3D modeling and interactive simulations.
    Proficiency with web technologies for creating immersive and interactive experiences (WebGL, Three.js, etc.).
    Experience with electrical products and the ability to interpret technical specification sheets for accurate simulations.
    Strong understanding of electrical principles to build accurate digital representations.
    Prior experience in WordPress or React integration for interactive content.
    Ability to design with a user-friendly interface for both desktop and mobile devices.

Deliverables:

    5-10 high-accuracy 3D digital twins of electrical wire and cable products, each with interactive elements for various sizes/gauges.
    Fully functional interactive simulations that allow users to:
        Strip insulation and shielding layers down to the conductor.
        Verify the bend radius interactively.
        Change environmental variables (like temperature) and see the product’s performance.
        View detailed specifications of the cable with a digital scale showing sizes.
    Integration into our WordPress-based website for easy navigation and product exploration.
