Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize ad campaigns for promoting weekly open houses. The ideal candidate will have experience in running successful Facebook ad campaigns, particularly in the real estate sector, and will be adept at targeting the specified audiences to generate inquiries and views.
Responsibilities:
Create and set up Facebook ad campaigns using the provided copy and images.
Target specific audiences based on criteria provided.
Monitor and adjust ad budgets to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports on inquiries and views.
Make real-time adjustments to improve ad performance and reach.
Communicate regularly to discuss strategies, results, and improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook ads.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of effective ad targeting for open houses.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret ad performance data and make informed adjustments.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate on strategy and provide updates.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with real estate agents or agencies.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar.
Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
