We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in the Dubai market and a proven track record in managing social media for B2C tech apps. This is a unique opportunity to shape the social media strategy for innovative brands, driving engagement and building their presence in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
About the Role:

In this hybrid role, you will lead the creative direction, plan and execute campaigns, and work hands-on with clients to create impactful content. You’ll spend a few days each month on-site in Dubai filming and creating engaging content while working remotely the rest of the time.
Responsibilities:

    Design and implement a Dubai-specific social media strategy tailored to B2C tech app audiences.
    Create, film, and produce high-performing content, collaborating closely with clients during on-site sessions.
    Lead the creative direction for campaigns to ensure alignment with the brand's voice and audience preferences.
    Monitor and analyze social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize results.
    Stay ahead of Dubai market trends and adapt campaigns to reflect the latest audience behaviors and preferences.
    Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to maintain cohesive branding across platforms.

Requirements:

    Proven experience managing social media for B2C tech apps with a deep understanding of the Dubai market.
    Expertise in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with a strong sense of what performs in B2C sectors.
    Comfort with on-site filming and creating content in collaboration with clients in Dubai.
    Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team.
    Ability to work independently and remotely while being flexible for on-site sessions.
