Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us set up and manage mass email campaigns using Monday.com. Since we do not have the CRM module, the ideal candidate will provide strategic advice on how to conduct effective email campaigns, manage leads, and track performance on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:

    Email Campaign Setup:
        Assist in setting up mass email campaigns within Monday.com.
        Ensure the email system is configured to track and manage leads effectively.

    Immediate Email Dispatch:
        Prepare and send an urgent email to targeted users, ensuring it aligns with best practices for deliverability and engagement.
        Implement tracking methods to monitor the performance of the email.

    Email Content Review:
        Review and update the draft email to enhance professionalism, clarity, and effectiveness.
        Provide insights on subject lines, call-to-action buttons, and overall email design.

    Ongoing Support:
        Advise on best practices for future email campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and content strategy.
        Provide training and support for team members to manage future campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

    Experience:
        Proven experience in email marketing, preferably using Monday.com or similar platforms.
        Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and lead management.

    Technical Skills:
        Proficiency in using email marketing tools and software, with the ability to set up tracking mechanisms.
        Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.

    Communication Skills:
        Excellent written communication skills to craft compelling email content.
        Strong attention to detail and ability to review content critically.
