We will create a dynamic dashboard in Google Sheets that displays all the upcoming bookings for the week, ensuring you can manage your schedule efficiently. Here's how we'll approach it:
Dashboard Components:
Weekly View: A table or calendar-style display showing bookings for the next 7 days.
Summary Section: Highlight key metrics, such as:
Total bookings for the week.
Number of unique clients.
Total cleaning hours scheduled.
Filters: Options to filter bookings by cleaner, location, or specific clients.
Automation of Repeated Entries:
We’ll use Google Apps Script to automate recurring bookings based on rules you define (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
A "Template Booking" feature will allow you to set a recurrence frequency and automatically generate future bookings.
Ease of Use:
A user-friendly interface with dropdowns and buttons for quick updates.
