About the Role

Hi, I’m Talha Asif, and I’m launching a YouTube Ads agency specializing in lead generation for construction companies in Canada. Before onboarding clients, I’m looking for a skilled YouTube Ads Media Buyer to partner with. Once clients are secured, you’ll handle campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

✔ Run and optimize YouTube ad campaigns for lead generation

✔ Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance tracking

✔ Ensure cost-effective campaigns with a focus on CPL and ROAS
