Role Description:
Beauty Mode is seeking a part-time remote Accountant to manage financial tasks for the company. The Accountant will handle BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) bookkeeping records, prepare financial statements, analyze budgets, and ensure compliance with BIR financial regulations. This role involves maintaining accurate financial data and working directly with the company owner. The position is specifically for July 29-30, covering the second and third quarters only.

Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain BIR bookkeeping records.
    Prepare and analyze financial statements.
    Review and analyze budgets to ensure financial health.
    Ensure compliance with BIR financial regulations and standards.
    Collaborate directly with the owner to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications:

    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
