Overview: As our Fashion Brand Manager, you will drive the vision and direction of our brand, ensuring that it remains prestigious and competitive in the luxury fashion market. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to manage the brand's image, product development, and market presence. You’ll collaborate with a team of designers, marketers, and retail partners to grow brand awareness, boost sales, and build customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy & Development
        Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies that align with the brand’s vision and position in the luxury fashion market.
        Identify growth and innovation opportunities while ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and values.

    Product Development
        Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure product collections meet high standards for quality, style, and market appeal.
        Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with brand values, trends, and customer expectations.

    Marketing & PR
        Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engage the target audience.
        Lead public relations efforts, fostering relationships with media, fashion influencers, and industry partners to maintain a positive brand image.

    Sales & Distribution
        Partner with sales and retail teams to optimize distribution channels and ensure product availability in key markets.
        Analyze sales data and trends, adjusting strategies to drive profitability and align with market demand.

    Customer Experience
        Oversee customer experience protocols, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with brand standards of excellence.
        Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy.

    Team Leadership
        Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven work environment.
        Encourage innovation and excellence within the team, aligning efforts with the brand’s objectives.

Qualifications:

    Experience: 5-7+ years in brand management, with a preference for luxury fashion industry experience.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
    Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; deep understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and digital marketing/e-commerce.
    Passion: A genuine love for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining brand quality and values.
