List Growth and Management:
Contacts Research:
Research and identify high-quality leads to expand our email database.
Data Integrity:
Maintain and clean email lists to ensure accurate segmentation and compliance.
Performance Analysis:
Metrics Tracking:
Analyze key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Recommendations:
Implement strategies based on data insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Hub Spot Expertise:
Workflow Management:
Set up automated workflows and sequences using Hub Spot.
Integration:
Ensure smooth integration of Hub Spot with other tools and platforms as needed.
Best Practices:
Stay updated with Hub Spot’s latest features and email marketing trends to leverage opportunities.
Requirements:
Hub Spot Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing email campaigns within Hub Spot.
Email Marketing Experience:
At least 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a track record of improving key performance metrics.
Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Content Creation:
Exceptional skills in crafting email copy and designing templates.
Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with email marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Contacts Research:
Experience in lead generation and maintaining high-quality email lists.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Hub Spot Marketing or related tools.
Experience in B2B or Saa S industries.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and email personalization techniques.
