Overview:
We are seeking a disciplined and focused Virtual Assistant to join our debt fund and lending services company. In this role, you will be provided with a list of qualified leads and will be responsible for email marketing outreach, prospecting, and setting up calls and meetings with potential clients. This role requires experience in email marketing, strong proficiency in English, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead-Specific Marketing Copy & Content Development:
        Create tailored marketing copy and content to engage leads effectively.

    Email Campaigns:
        Develop, send, and manage email campaigns aimed at converting leads into clients.

    Customer Interaction:
        Respond to inquiries from leads and customers, providing accurate and helpful information.

    Appointment Scheduling:
        Collaborate with founders and CFOs to schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.

    CRM Management:
        Utilize CRM software to manage and track lead activities, monitor the sales pipeline, and ensure all interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.

Qualifications:

    Email Marketing Experience:
        Proven success in email marketing and outreach with measurable results.

    Communication Skills:
        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

    Organizational Skills:
        Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

    CRM Proficiency:
        Experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
