We are looking for a talented individual who can assist us with customer segment and pain point analysis for our website. The ideal candidate will refine our ideas into detailed, compelling copy and create low-fidelity Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for our new website version.
Responsibilities:

    Content Writing:
        Refine customer segments and pain points into clear, engaging, and actionable copy for our website.
        Ensure that the content effectively addresses the needs and concerns of our target audience.

    Low-Fidelity PRD Design:
        Develop low-fidelity prototypes and PRDs for the new version of our website.
        Collaborate with our team to understand the project requirements and incorporate feedback into the designs.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in copy writing, particularly in understanding customer segments and pain points.
    Familiarity with PRD creation and low-fidelity design principles.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
