Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and result-driven Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant to join our team and work closely with Alexander, the founder of CFO4U. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, e-mail support, webinar support, video editing, translating, and template creation in Canva. This role will also involve a variety of administrative tasks aimed at expanding the online reach of our content and supporting our CFO in his daily operations. You will be working with a fast-paced, learning-oriented, and respectful team.

Qualifications:

    University degree in media/communications or in a similar strand.
    2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
    If without an educational degree, 5-6 years of experience.
    Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
    Skills in translation using translation software.
    Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
    Experience with e-mail management tools (e.g., MailerLite, Outlook, Gmail).
    Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
    Proficient in Canva and other design tools.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

    Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms.
    Provide e-mail support and manage correspondence.
    Assist in webinar setup, support, and management.
    Edit videos and create engaging content.
    Translate materials as needed.
    Design templates and graphics in Canva.
    Perform various administrative tasks to support the CFO's daily operations.
