Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our outbound prospecting technology stack. This role will focus on maintaining high email deliver ability, managing outbound email tools, and ensuring the efficiency of our sales outreach processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with sales intelligence platforms and email automation, as well as a strong understanding of email deliver ability and domain management.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain Outbound Email Tools
Oversee and optimize the use of outbound email tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Instantly.
Ensure seamless operation and troubleshooting of these tools to execute high-volume outbound email campaigns.
Prospect List Building
Execute targeted prospect list building based on the VP of Sales’ strategic direction.
Identify high-potential leads and segment them based on criteria to maximize outreach effectiveness.
High-Volume Outbound Campaign Execution
Ensure the technical delivery of 3,000+ weekly outbound contacts while maintaining high deliver ability.
Manage scheduling, sequencing, and automation of outreach emails for maximum efficiency.
Domain Health and Email Infrastructure
Oversee domain health and email infrastructure to ensure maximum inbox placement.
Regularly monitor, clean, and optimize email lists to maintain optimal sender reputation.
Deliver ability Metrics Optimization
Monitor and optimize deliver ability metrics across all domains and email sequences.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email delivery, response rates, and domain health.
Troubleshoot Technical Issues
Address and resolve any technical issues related to the prospecting tech stack.
Ensure smooth functioning of email automation tools, tracking systems, and integrations.
Required Technical Skills:
Sales Intelligence Platforms:
Proven experience with platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or similar for sales prospecting.
Email Deliver ability and Domain Management:
Strong understanding of email deliver ability, domain health, and email infrastructure.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to email sequencing and automation.
Email Automation Tools:
Hands-on experience with email automation and sequencing tools for high-volume campaigns.
Familiarity with managing email lists, segmenting, and optimizing content for deliver ability.
Data Manipulation and List Management:
Ability to manipulate data and ensure that prospect lists are aligned with target criteria.
Strong skills in managing lead lists to ensure quality and accuracy.
Email Authentication:
Basic understanding of email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Required Experience:
Sales and Outbound Email Operations Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, outbound email management, or a similar technical role.
Managing High-Volume Campaigns:
Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume outbound email campaigns (e.g., 3,000+ emails per week).
Email Deliver ability at Scale:
A track record of maintaining email deliver ability at scale, ensuring high inbox placement and engagement rates.
Lead Routing and CRM Management:
Experience with lead routing and CRM management to ensure leads are efficiently tracked and moved through the sales pipeline.
