Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Many Chat Expert to fully set up and configure our Instagram account for automated inbox communication. The goal is to streamline conversations, guide users toward booking calls with our sales team, making purchases, and taking other key actions on their journey with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

    Full Setup of Many Chat for Instagram: Configure and optimize all messaging paths to ensure smooth, automated communication that leads to desired outcomes (booking calls, direct purchases, etc.).
    Strategy Development: Provide expert guidance on the best strategies for using Many Chat to maximize engagement and conversions. This includes structuring conversations that drive action.
    Copy writing: Write all the necessary copy for the Many Chat flows, ensuring the messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with our PR and brand-building services.
    Automation & Optimization: Create automated workflows that efficiently respond to inquiries, manage follow-ups, and direct users through the funnel without requiring manual intervention.
    Goal-Driven Messaging: Focus on getting users to book calls, purchase services, and other high-priority actions.
    Independence: You will handle the project independently, from strategy to execution, with little input from the client.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in setting up and optimizing Many Chat for Instagram.
    Strong understanding of chat automation strategies that convert users into leads and customers.
    Excellent copy writing skills with the ability to create effective conversational flows.
    Ability to work independently and manage the entire setup process from start to finish.
    Experience in the PR industry or related fields is a plus but not required.
