We need a Head Developer to design and build a comprehensive EVM blockchain network smart contract platform, fully compatible with Metamask and all web3 dapps/systems.

Requirements:

    Design and implement an EVM Blockchain network, including both Mainnet and Testnet setups on servers.
    Develop a Block explorer for both Main net and Test net.
    Create comprehensive User/Developer Documentation.
    Establish a cross-chain bridge between any EVM Chains.
    Set up a Test net faucet.
    Develop a DEX (based on Unis wap v2 or V3).
    Design a modern blockchain website with Meta Mask integration.

Future expansion will include more dapps to create a full ecosystem on this chain.
