Description:

We are seeking a skilled 3D modeler and 2D draftsperson to create detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings from initial concept drawings of furniture, interior fit-outs (cabinetry, kitchens, WIR), and exterior building panels such as screens, doors, etc. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Rhino 3D and Auto CAD software.
Responsibilities:

    3D Modeling:
        Create detailed 3D models based on concept drawings provided.
        Ensure models are accurate and reflect design specifications.
        Develop models for various furniture pieces, cabinetry, kitchens, walk-in robes (WIR), and exterior building panels.

    2D Construction Drawings:
        Develop precise 2D construction drawings from the 3D models.
        Ensure drawings include all necessary dimensions, materials, and assembly instructions.
        Provide detailed plans, elevations, and sections as required.

    Collaboration:
        Work closely with the design team to ensure all models and drawings meet project requirements.
        Make revisions based on feedback from the design and engineering teams.
        Ensure all work aligns with industry standards and best practices.

    Software Proficiency:
        Utilize Rhino 3D for creating and manipulating 3D models.
        Use Auto CAD to produce accurate 2D construction drawings.

Requirements:

    Experience:
        Proven experience in 3D modeling and 2D drafting, specifically with furniture, interior fit-outs, and exterior building panels.
        Strong portfolio showcasing previous work with Rhino 3D and Auto CAD.

    Skills:
        Proficiency in Rhino 3D and Auto CAD.
        Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
        Attention to detail and precision in creating models and drawings.
        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Education:
        Degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, industrial design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
