Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Science Developer with expertise in Elastic Search, Kibana, and Logstash to join our team. This role involves deploying resources for a government project and working in secure, internet-restricted environments. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience and the ability to operate independently in high-security settings.
Key Responsibilities

    Data Science Solutions: Develop, implement, and optimize advanced data science models.
    Elastic Search: Configure, maintain, and optimize Elastic Search clusters for high availability and performance.
    Kibana Dashboards: Design and build intuitive visualization dashboards tailored to project requirements.
    Logstash Pipelines: Manage data collection, transformation, and ingestion processes using Logstash.
    Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.
    Security Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of data, adhering to government regulations.
    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver robust solutions.
    On-site Work: Travel to the government facility for a 15-day on-site work period during project initiation and additional visits as required.

Requirements

    Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Logstash.
    Technical Skills:
        Strong understanding of data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
        Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack components.
        Familiarity with secure data handling in restricted environments.
    Soft Skills:
        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
        Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
        Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
    Other Requirements:
        Proven ability to work independently in secure environments without internet access.
        Willingness to travel for initial onboarding and periodic on-site visits.

Work Arrangement

    On-site Requirement:
        Initial 15-day on-site presence at a government facility for onboarding.
        Periodic on-site visits as required.
    Remote Work: Allowed post-onboarding, subject to project requirements.
