The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal branding, content creation, and LinkedIn marketing, especially within the construction industry.

As the business owner, I am looking for someone to help build my personal brand, showcase the amazing work done by Advanced Damp Ltd, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

    Develop a content strategy aligned with my personal brand and the business goals of Advanced Damp Ltd.
    Build my personal brand with a focus on business and marketing for construction companies.
    Create compelling and engaging posts that highlight our services, projects, success stories, and industry insights.
    Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement within LinkedIn’s algorithms.
    Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve content performance.
    Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn trends and implement best practices to maintain an effective LinkedIn presence.
    Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure regular activity and engagement on the platform.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in LinkedIn content marketing and personal brand development.
    Knowledge of the construction industry and marketing strategies within this niche is a bonus.
    Ability to create engaging and SEO-optimized posts tailored for LinkedIn.
    Strong understanding of LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices.
    Experience in managing social media content schedules to ensure consistent engagement.
    Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional yet engaging tone.
