Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced local representative to conduct thorough litigation and bankruptcy checks on a specified individual. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) system and have a strong background in similar research tasks. This role requires the ability to identify and summarize relevant legal news and court actions, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities:

    Conduct litigation and bankruptcy checks on the specified individual using the PACER portal and other relevant sources.
    Identify and document any relevant court actions (as plaintiff or defendant) and bankruptcy/insolvency announcements or court judgments.
    Translate all relevant news reported in the native language into English, if necessary.
    Compile a comprehensive report including:
        Weblink of the news.
        Source link.
        News date.
        Summary of the news/information.

Requirements:

    Must be a resident of the USA.
    Proven experience in conducting similar research tasks.
    Familiarity with the PACER portal: PACER Login.
    Strong analytical and research skills.
    Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly and concisely.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.

Notes:

    Each project is assigned to one freelancer on a first-come, first-served basis.
    The milestone payment will be released the following Monday after verification, allowing time to organize the report and request additional clarification if needed.
