Job Description:

I recently launched a new bed company called Yasumi Beds, with our website at yasumibeds.co.uk. As we are just starting out and haven't sold any beds yet, we're looking to increase our online sales through our website, as well as Facebook and Instagram.

Could you help us create and manage advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to attract customers and drive purchases? We are keen to get started and would appreciate any guidance or support you can offer.

Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:
        Develop a comprehensive social media advertising strategy tailored to Yasumi Beds.
        Identify target audience segments and create buyer personas to refine ad targeting.

    Ad Creation:
        Design and create engaging ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
        Write compelling ad copy that highlights the unique selling points of Yasumi Beds.

    Campaign Management:
        Set up and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
        Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure the best ROI.

    Analytics and Reporting:
        Track and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales.
        Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

    Budget Management:
        Allocate and manage the advertising budget effectively.
        Adjust spending based on campaign performance and business goals.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
    Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices.
    Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
    Excellent design and copywriting skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience in the furniture or home goods industry.
    Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales strategies.
    Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
