Job Description:
We are seeking two experienced Senior Flutter Developers with a strong background in the BLoC (Business Logic Component) pattern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have over 5 years of practical experience in mobile development and be comfortable collaborating with other developers to build a high-quality, scalable app.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain the HYPE app using Flutter and Dart.
    Implement the BLoC pattern for state management to ensure a clean and efficient architecture.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
    Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
    Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
    Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and practices.

Requirements:

    5+ years of practical experience in mobile app development.
    Proven experience with Flutter and Dart.
    Strong expertise in implementing the BLoC pattern for state management.
    Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
    Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
    Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.
    Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
    Experience in working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with continuous integration.
    Familiarity with Firebase and cloud services.
    Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
