Proficiency in Google Sheets or Air table to track and manage data.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the team.
Ability to learn new processes quickly, including jail breaking (if necessary).

Previous experience in leading a team for repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with iPhone jail breaking (though training will be provided).
