Description:

We are seeking a skilled 3D modeler to convert our house plans into a DXF file for viewing on Autodesk Viewer. The project also requires creating SketchUp Free-compatible versions of the plans and rendering the house exterior with accurate materials and colors. The final design should include detailed layers for various elevations, cross sections, floors, walls, roof, etc.

Responsibilities:

    Draft and Model House Plans:
        Convert the attached house plans into a 3D model.
        Create a DXF file suitable for viewing on Autodesk Viewer.
        Ensure the 3D model is compatible with SketchUp Free, including proper scaling and alignment.

    Rendering:
        Render the exterior of the house with accurate materials and colors.
        Ensure the rendering reflects the actual design and specifications.

    Layer Organization:
        Design the model with layers for each elevation, cross section, floor, walls, roof, etc.
        Enable the layers to be toggled on or off for different viewing perspectives.

    Ongoing Work:
        Prepare for ongoing updates as the house undergoes renovations.
        Draft and model changes based on renovation plans and requirements.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in 3D modeling and drafting.
    Proficiency in using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
    Ability to create detailed and organized layers in the model.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and rendering.
    Experience with DXF files and compatibility with Autodesk Viewer and SketchUp Free.

Deliverables:

    DXF File: For viewing on Autodesk Viewer.
    SketchUp Free-Compatible Model: Including all necessary layers and details.
    Rendered Exterior Images: Accurately representing the house with correct materials and colors.
    Editable Files: To accommodate ongoing renovations and updates.
