We are seeking a dynamic and creative TikTok Shop Manager to help launch and run our TikTok shop. As a small business, we aim to quickly establish our presence in the online market, focusing solely on TikTok for the time being. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing product uploads, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

    Creation and Setup:
        Manage the creation or optimization of our existing TikTok shop.
        Gain access to our current shop setup or create a new one if necessary.

    Product Uploading:
        Upload approximately 300 product listings using provided photos, descriptions, prices, and any additional information (e.g., pack size, quality).
        Organize products by categories and ensure all details are accurate and compelling.

    Content Creation:
        Develop and post engaging content using current trending TikTok language, captions, and sounds.
        Utilize available photos to showcase our products creatively, focusing on visual appeal.

    Market Research:
        Conduct research on trending products within our niche to identify which of our products should be prioritized for upload and promotion.
        Provide insights on potential products for live streaming and customer engagement.

    Live Streaming:
        Plan and execute weekly live streaming sessions to showcase products and interact with potential customers.
        Develop engaging scripts or talking points to highlight product features and benefits during live streams.

Requirements:

    Experience:
        Proven experience managing TikTok shops or similar e-commerce platforms.
        Familiarity with TikTok’s trending content styles and user engagement strategies.

    Creative Skills:
        Strong content creation skills with a flair for visual storytelling.
        Ability to craft compelling captions and engage with the TikTok audience effectively.

    Organizational Skills:
        Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple product listings efficiently.
        Strong research skills to stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies.
