Job Description:

We are seeking an outstanding Social Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales through LinkedIn, Instagram, and possibly other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience selling offers to LinkedIn members and managing sales through social media. You will be provided with a script and a free offer to attract potential clients. If you have a Sales Navigator account, that’s a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

    LinkedIn Sales:
        Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
        Engage with prospects using a provided script and free offer to generate interest.
        Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance prospecting and sales efforts (preferred but not required).
        Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

    Instagram and Other Social Media Sales:
        Apply similar strategies to engage and convert prospects on Instagram and other social media platforms.
        Create engaging and persuasive messages tailored to each platform.

    Relationship Building:
        Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and professional communication.
        Provide exceptional customer service to nurture and retain clients.

    Performance Tracking:
        Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
        Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in social sales, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
    Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
