Formula Neon is seeking a passionate and skilled 3D Artist proficient in Blender to join our media team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a creative environment that values innovation and excellence in 3D art and animation.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Artist with experience in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, and rigging. A strong understanding of topology, UV unwrapping, and lighting is essential. The ideal candidate should have a good storytelling vision and be capable of bringing characters and objects to life through their animations. While knowledge of F1 is not required, it is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

    Create detailed 3D models of objects, characters, and environments in Blender.
    Perform character animation, rigging, and texturing to bring models to life.
    Apply advanced knowledge of topology and UV unwrapping techniques.
    Implement effective lighting setups to enhance the visual appeal of scenes.
    Develop engaging stories through animation.
    Utilize Photoshop for texturing and post-production enhancements.
    Edit and composite animations using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    Create and animate automotive models, focusing on Formula 1 videos.
    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing work in Blender.
    Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, rigging, and lighting.
    Strong understanding of topology and UV unwrapping.
    Excellent storytelling and creative vision.
    Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects for texturing, image manipulation, video editing, and compositing.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    Good communication and teamwork skills.
    Experience in automotive modeling and animation, with a focus on Formula 1 videos.
    Knowledge of F1 is not required but is highly desired.
    Experience in film production or other animation industries is a plus.
    Knowledge of other 3D software and tools is a plus.
    Familiarity with scripting or programming for automation within Blender is a plus.
