Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist to manage and post content for two distinct businesses. One is an eCommerce pet brand, and the other focuses on the Twitch live stream niche. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, performing copy writing, researching hashtags, and repurposing provided content to fit different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

    Content Posting and Management:
        Post content twice daily on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for both businesses.
        Ensure consistency and alignment of content across all platforms.
        Utilize provided content and repurpose it into various formats for each platform.

    Copy writing and Hashtag Research:
        Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with each business’s brand voice.
        Conduct hashtag research to enhance the reach and engagement of posts.
        Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms.

    Content Creation and Repurposing:
        Create additional pieces of content from provided material, including images, videos, and graphics.
        Adapt and repurpose content to suit the specific requirements of each platform.

    Platform-Specific Strategies:
        For the eCommerce pet brand, manage content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
        For the Twitch live stream niche, manage content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in social media content management and copy writing.
    Knowledge of content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
    Experience with the Twitch live stream niche and its associated community.
    Strong understanding of hashtag research and SEO best practices.
    Ability to repurpose and adapt content to fit various social media platforms.
    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Familiarity with eCommerce and live streaming content trends.
