About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant to assist with advanced saved searches, reporting, and data reconciliation. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional looking to maintain their NetSuite expertise with 1-10 hours of flexible, ad hoc work per month.

✔ NetSuite Customization & Reporting – Advanced saved searches, custom reports, and workflow troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Expertise (Must-Have Skills)

✅ Advanced saved searches using formulas (CASE statements, SQL expressions, JOINs).

✅ Complex reporting with data aggregation and performance analysis.

✅ Experience with custom objects and records.

✅ Assisting with workflow building and troubleshooting (preferred).

✅ Providing technical support for NetSuite issues and optimizations.

Excel Expertise (Must-Have Skills)

✅ Proficiency with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, ARRAY formulas).

✅ Experience with pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation.

✅ Ability to build complex data models and reconcile large data sets.

Data Reconciliation

✅ Reconcile NetSuite financial and operational data with external reports (e.g., bank statements, sales reports).

✅ Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

✅ Basic HTML knowledge.
