Personal Assistant CRM Management

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to assist with daily tasks related to managing our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in email and CRM management.
Responsibilities:

    Send emails to the team and manage incoming emails in our CRM.
    Sort incoming emails into categories (e.g., potential and non-potential leads).
    Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports based on email activity and CRM data.
    Maintain organization within the CRM system by updating and managing relevant contacts.
    Ensure all tasks are completed promptly and communicate any issues or updates with the team.

Requirements:

    Experience in CRM management (experience with specific CRMs like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or others is a plus).
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to communicate effectively and follow up with the team.
    Proficiency in using email platforms and basic report generation tools.
    Ability to work 10 hours per week, or about 2 hours a day consistently.

Compensation:

    Salary: $300 per month
    Work Schedule: Approx. 10 hours per week (2 hours per day)
