About Us:

We’re an agency specializing in eCommerce, and we’re looking for a full-time UGC Video Editor & Graphic Designer to help us create engaging content for Facebook and Tik Tok ads.

Job Description:

You’ll work closely with our team to produce high-performing ad creatives using UGC (User-Generated Content), helping drive results for our eCommerce clients. This role requires creativity, initiative, and a deep understanding of what makes content successful on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Edit UGC videos and create static images tailored for Facebook & TikTok ads.

Test new hooks and variations for videos to maximize viewer engagement.

Sort through raw assets on Google Drive (videos, images, etc.) and brainstorm ideas for content production.

Ensure all assets are optimized for their respective platforms (e.g., TikTok's vertical format).

Collaborate with our team to refine guidelines and deliver high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor or graphic designer in an eCommerce brand or agency setting.

Expertise in editing UGC-style content and knowledge of social media trends.

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads formats and best practices.

Creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest content ideas.

Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience testing and analyzing creative performance data to improve results.

Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for quick design adjustments.

Strong organizational skills to manage assets and projects efficiently.
