Overview:
A growing meal kit company is seeking a part-time DevOps Engineer for a long-term contract. This role is pivotal in automating and optimizing operations, ensuring deployment, scalability, and security across the company's website, ERP, and internal applications.

Responsibilities:

    Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines on AWS and GitLab.
    Enhance performance and reliability using infrastructure as code principles.
    Develop and maintain automated deployment processes.
    Collaborate closely with development and product teams to support new features.
    Uphold security best practices in infrastructure and application deployments.

Collaboration Structure:

    Direct engagement with company founders and the CTO.
    Work closely with the development team to streamline integration and deployment processes.

Technical Environment:

    Proficiency with cloud services like AWS and Google Cloud, and containerization with Docker.
    Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
    Utilization of Slack for team communication and GitLab for project management and version control.
