Experience Requirements:

    Java: Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in Java EE or Spring frameworks.
    AWS: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
    Deployment: 3+ years of experience in deploying and managing Java applications in cloud environments, with a strong understanding of deployment tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
    Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
    Provide technical leadership and guidance, mentoring junior team members as needed.
    Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into actionable development tasks.

Required Skills:

    Proficiency in Java development, with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
    Extensive experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, database, and server less offerings.
    Deep understanding of deployment strategies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Proven experience in client interaction and requirements gathering, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory):

    Experience with other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    Knowledge of micro services architecture and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot).
    Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools for automation and infrastructure as code (IaC), such as Terra form or Cloud Formation.
