We are seeking a talented designer or architectural firm to help us transform an existing hotel located at 114 Live Oak, College Station, TX, into a fun and trendy boutique hotel. The hotel features two matching straight buildings with a central courtyard, and we are looking for creative ideas that will make a significant visual impact.

Project Scope:

    Courtyard Transformation:
        Create an inviting space with seating, string lights, turf grass, and more.
        Implement screening solutions to limit visibility and access to the courtyard.
        Design a designated area for the hotel’s sign, potentially as part of a new wall or screening structure.

    Exterior Enhancements:
        Develop ideas that enhance the exterior look and feel of the hotel, creating a trendy and welcoming atmosphere.

    Submission Requirements:
        Multiple design ideas showcasing different approaches to the courtyard and exterior enhancements.
        A realistic rendering of the selected design, reflecting the proposed changes.

Additional Notes:

    The interior redesign will be addressed in a separate project; for now, the focus is on the courtyard and exterior.
