Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in international taxation to assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, vetting, and consultation. This role specifically involves handling the ITR filing for an Indian sole proprietor who also operates a US Single Member LLC.

Responsibilities:

    File ITR for an Indian sole proprietor with international income from a US Single Member LLC.
    Provide detailed consultation on international taxation matters, ensuring compliance with both Indian and US tax laws.
    Vet and review financial statements and tax documents for accuracy and compliance.
    Offer strategic tax planning and advice to minimize liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
    Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and international tax treaties affecting the client.

Qualifications:

    Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in international taxation.
    Proven experience in handling ITR filings for clients with international income.
    In-depth knowledge of Indian and US tax laws, regulations, and treaties.
    Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex tax matters in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with taxation issues related to US Single Member LLCs.
    Familiarity with cross-border taxation and compliance requirements.
