Job Summary:
The Finance Manager at On wenu Property Management is responsible for overseeing budgets, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance across the company. This role is crucial in managing financial resources, driving profitability, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

    Budget Monitoring: Track and manage budgets for renovations, property management services, and additional services to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with company goals.

    Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary tax forms, and generate and review monthly financial reports.

    Goal Tracking: Conduct weekly financial check-ins to evaluate progress towards achieving financial targets, including application processing, service provision, and income generation.

    Team Coordination: Communicate with team members to ensure performance quotas are met, and encourage improvements.

    Collaboration: Work closely with property managers and sales teams to promote tenant services and generate leads.

    Investment Facilitation: Coordinate with the Investment Manager to support wholesale deals and financial transactions.

    Reporting: Regularly report financial status and concerns to the General Manager.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in financial management or a related field.

    Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

    Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting principles and budgeting processes.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
