About Us:
We are seeking a highly experienced AWS Systems Manager (SSM) expert to join our team. As an AWS SSM Expert, you will be responsible for writing and deploying AWS SSM documents/automation documents centrally, across multiple accounts within an AWS Organization. This role requires deep expertise in creating SSM documents and implementing cross-account deployment strategies, as well as experience in OS level configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

    SSM Document Creation and Management:
        Write comprehensive AWS SSM documents and automation documents.
        Ensure documents are centrally deployed and managed.
        Maintain and update SSM documents as needed to adapt to changing requirements.

    Cross-Account Deployment:
        Implement cross-account deployment strategies within an AWS Organization.
        Ensure secure and efficient management of resources across multiple accounts.
        Follow best practices for managing resources in multi-account setups.

    Configuration Management:
        Write automation SSM documents to deploy OS level configurations.
        Implement configuration management practices to maintain system consistency.
        Troubleshoot and resolve configuration management issues as they arise.

    Collaboration and Documentation:
        Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
        Document processes and best practices for future reference.
        Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

    Technical Skills:
        Proven experience with AWS Systems Manager (SSM) and creating SSM documents.
        Strong understanding of cross-account deployment in AWS Organizations.
        Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure management.
        Experience with OS level configuration management.
        Familiarity with security best practices in AWS environments.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
        Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
        Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
        Adaptability to changing technologies and methodologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:
        AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
        Previous experience in a similar role within a multi-account AWS environment.
        Understanding of compliance and governance in cloud environments.
