Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Engineer to lead performance analysis and drive initiatives that shape our data strategy while empowering decision-making across the company. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to build and manage data pipelines, create insightful analytics, and guide the Analytics and Testing department to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering & Modeling:

    Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes using tools like Stitch, dbt, and Google Cloud Functions.
    Develop scalable data models and maintain the Google BigQuery data warehouse for analytics and BI.
    Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability across systems and platforms.

Data Analysis & Strategy:

    Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drive data-driven decisions.
    Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Metorik to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
    Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize growth and product improvements.

Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning:

    Develop and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.
    Use Python and SQL for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
    Implement AI-driven solutions to improve internal processes and offerings.

Collaboration & Communication:

    Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    Automate reporting and analytics workflows using tools like Zapier and Google Tag Manager.
    Provide actionable insights based on financial analysis and projections.

Tool Management:

    Manage and optimize web analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), VWO, and Microsoft Clarity.
    Stay ahead of trends in data analytics, engineering, and AI to refine strategies and tools.

What You’ll Need:

    3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, and data analysis.
    Expertise in Python, SQL, and tools like Google BigQuery, Stitch, dbt, and Looker Studio.
    Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), VWO, and automation tools (Zapier).
    Strong knowledge of product metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, churn rates), marketing performance metrics, and SEO/Paid Search.
    Familiarity with financial analysis and projections is a plus.
    A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
