We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to help run and optimize a targeted Facebook campaign for an independent UK mortgage advisor. With a £600 ad spend budget and a proven initial spend of £500 to warm up the ad account, we are looking for someone to take the campaign to the next level and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, refine, and execute Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating leads and sales for UK mortgage services.
    Utilize your expertise to optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize conversions.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager, providing regular reports on key metrics.
    Implement A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and audience refinement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    Stay updated with the latest trends in Facebook advertising, particularly within the UK financial and mortgage sectors.

Experience & Skills:

    Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, preferably with a background in UK mortgage or financial services marketing.
    Ability to demonstrate past campaign results and successful strategies in generating leads and sales through Facebook Ads.
    Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and performance optimization techniques.
    Excellent communication and analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
    Familiarity with compliance in financial services advertising (advantageous).

Compensation:

    The chosen candidate will receive 5%-10% commission on all sales generated from the campaign.
    £600 ad spend budget, with the potential for increased spend based on performance.
