Overview
We are seeking a seasoned digital marketer to manage our digital marketing efforts, which include social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in these areas and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. Your primary focus will be to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads targeting millennials and small business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms.
Engage with the target audience, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Content Marketing:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Create high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly targeting millennials and small business owners.

SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
Content Creation: Ability to create compelling and SEO-optimized content in various formats.
Campaign Analytics: Experience with analytics tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to achieve campaign goals.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the target audience and team members.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
