Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Podcast Specialist to join Nick Strand’s team. In this role, you will:

    Research and identify relevant podcasts.
    Pitch Nick as a guest to podcast hosts.
    Schedule podcast appearances and manage all communications throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

    Podcast Research: Identify podcasts aligned with Nick Strand's brand and expertise (mindset, personal development, fitness, and resilience).
    Outreach & Pitching: Draft personalized emails and propose Nick as a guest, emphasizing the value he can bring to podcast audiences.
    Negotiation & Scheduling: Coordinate podcast recordings, manage availability, and handle guest appearance requirements.
    Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a database of podcast leads, responses, and completed interviews.
    Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Nick and podcast hosts to ensure seamless collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

    Podcast Research & Outreach: Ability to identify high-value podcasts and craft effective pitches.
    Excellent Written & Verbal Communication: Draft professional, engaging, and persuasive communication materials.
    Negotiation Skills: Experience managing schedules and securing podcast guest spots.
    Highly Organized: Keep track of multiple podcast leads and schedules without errors.
    Tech-Savvy: Familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), ClickUp, and Slack.
    Proactive & Resourceful: Capable of working independently and improving workflows.

Preferred Experience:

    Previous experience as a podcast coordinator or guest booking agent.
    Familiarity with Nick Strand’s work (Loving Someone Who Is Dying, Flex Your Focus).
    Experience in the personal development, wellness, or fitness industries is a plus.
