Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to call, screen, and schedule hundreds of job applicants for second-round interviews on a weekly basis. This is a full-time role operating on Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Phone Screening & Interview Booking: Call and qualify candidates based on our hiring criteria, then schedule them for a second interview.
✔️ Applicant Tracking & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress within our CRM system.
✔️ Admin & Follow-Ups: Ensure candidates receive reminders and follow-up communications to maximize attendance rates.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent English Speaker with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Experience in Recruitment, HR, or Sales (phone-based roles preferred)
✅ Strong CRM & Admin Skills – experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
✅ Ability to Work MST Hours full-time
✅ Proactive & Detail-Oriented with a results-driven mindset
