We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our brand’s reach through strategic collaborations and partnerships, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities:
Emailing & Outreach:

    Reach out to brands for possible collaborations via email and Instagram.
    Maintain professional and engaging communication with potential partners.

Research & List Building:

    Gather and maintain a list of potential competition or like-minded brands.
    Identify and prioritize brands for potential collaborations.

Collaboration Management:

    Initiate contact with brands and pages as collaboration opportunities arise.
    Negotiate terms and secure collaboration agreements.

Tracking & Reporting:

    Keep a detailed spreadsheet of responses, brand information, and budgets.
    Monitor outreach efforts and report on progress regularly.

Requirements:

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proven experience in brand outreach, marketing, or a related field.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram.
