Compensation: $9 - $11/hour (plus potential bonus for successful and timely implementation)
Hours: 40+ hours/week (Full-Time)
Mandatory Sync Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote
Initial Workload: Approximately 10 hours/week during training and on boarding (typically 2-3 weeks), expanding to 40 hours/week as workload ramps up. Full-time position contingent upon successful administration of the Dynamics program and other software tools post-implementation.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to lead the evaluation, customization, and implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment for our law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring Dynamics for professional services, focusing on CRM and ERP tools that enhance client relationships, back-office functions, and operational efficiency in a legal setting. This role requires someone who can evaluate our firm’s needs, compare Dynamics 365 with alternative solutions, recommend the best course of action, and oversee its implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 Evaluation and Planning:
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the firm’s requirements for CRM, ERP, sales, marketing, workforce management, and back-office functions.
Comparison of Solutions: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 against other CRM and ERP solutions, highlighting features, costs, and alignment with law firm operations.
Recommendation: Provide a strategic recommendation for selecting and configuring Dynamics 365 or an alternative platform tailored to the firm’s needs.
Dynamics 365 Implementation:
Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 to support:
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Intake tracking, client communication, and business development.
Back-Office Operations: Financial management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
Workforce Management: Scheduling, resource allocation, and team productivity tracking.
Marketing and Sales: Campaign management, lead tracking, and pipeline development.
Data Migration: Oversee the secure migration of existing data into Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing tools, including Net Documents, Bill4Time, and Microsoft Teams, to streamline workflows.
Team Training and Support:
Training Delivery: Create and deliver training sessions for lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
Documentation: Develop playbooks, user guides, and training materials tailored to the firm’s operations.
Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.
System Optimization and Reporting:
Performance Tracking: Monitor the system’s effectiveness and user adoption, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Reporting: Develop custom dashboards and reports using Power BI and Dynamics’ reporting tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP solutions.
Experience in professional services or law firms is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 for CRM, ERP, and project management.
Knowledge of legal operations, billing systems, and document management tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee system implementation from start to finish.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.

Time Management & Accountability:
Time Tracking: Track all work hours using the automated Up work Time Tracker for transparency and accountability. Manual time entry is not permitted.
Core Hours: Maintain availability during core hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time), working efficiently and meeting all assigned deadlines.
