We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with various teams to ensure successful digital campaign execution, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize for the best results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand audience behaviors, trends, and competitors.
Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO and SEM strategies.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engage with target audiences.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and manage paid search campaigns to improve rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Marketing Automation: Use marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot, Marke to, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and optimize campaigns based on findings.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, trends, and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
