Overview:
We are a Sydney-based CPA Tax Practice seeking a skilled Mail chimp Campaign and Automation Specialist to configure and set up effective email campaigns and auto mations. While we have a copy writing team in-house to handle the content, we need an expert to manage the technical aspects of our email marketing efforts, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Setup:
        Configure and set up email campaigns in Mail chimp based on the content provided by our in-house copy writing team.
        Ensure that email templates are designed to be visually appealing and mobile-friendly.

    Automation Configuration:
        Develop and implement automated email workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, and other triggered emails.
        Segment our email list to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.

    Integration and Management:
        Integrate Mail chimp with our CRM and other relevant platforms to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
        Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations.

    Analytics and Reporting:
        Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns and auto mations.
        Provide regular reports on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and suggest improvements based on data insights.

    Compliance and Best Practices:
        Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
        Stay updated on the latest email marketing best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in configuring and managing Mail chimp campaigns and auto mations.
    Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliver ability.
    Proficiency in creating and optimizing email templates.
    Familiarity with CRM integration and data management.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our in-house team.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience in a similar role within the finance or professional services sector.
    Knowledge of additional email marketing tools and platforms.
    Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization.
